He favors being aggressive when it comes to performing skills; errors are acceptable as long as you learn from them. As for mental errors, "Don't make the same error over and over again," he says.
Another point he makes is that coaches need to know who the players are who can get the job done at crunch time.
"There are players who may get it done at 0-0 who can't get it done at 13-all," he says.
